Last October 25th an astronomical phenomenon took place in Europe: a partial solar eclipse visible from several European locations! To celebrate this event we organized an informal gathering with our EuroMoonMars community, where several friends and collaborators connected via Zoom to share this special moment. Our community is international, and we were able to share the observation with connected friends from France, Italy, Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands. Prof Foing was at ISU in Strasbourg to observe the eclipse with some students using the telescope prepared on site for the occasion.
